Elena Thornton

Elena Thornton’s talents go far beyond providing supporting and background talent for productions. She has more than 35 years of hands-on experience in the education, business and the non-profit sector. Elena has taught all grade levels from Elementary School to College. She held positions as a director of an after-school program, an adjunct faculty at Paradise Valley Community College, Director of Training for a Phoenix based company and a founder of the Arizona Consortium for the Arts, a 501c3, an all-volunteer community organization. Elena’s formal education is in the Secondary Education, she holds both a B. A. and M.A. degrees from the University at Albany, NY. Elena is also an award-winning community leader, artist, poet, author, photographer, videographer/cinematographer/documentarian. Elena’s education and career experience combined with real-life experience makes her the empowered successful woman she is today making her an asset to any production she joins.
